 Hobby is a necessity for a good mental health. According to experts, now a days stress is the reason for all the diseases. From students to housewives everybody is having stress in their life. To destress we need to have some hobbies. Hobbies destress as well as declutter our mind. Hobbies are good for our mental health. Mental health is as important as physical health.
